They do not govern a separately branded Tyrus Tech product or service, a third-party website, or services we perform under a proposal, statement of work, license, or other written agreement. Separate terms apply where provided. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement between you and Tyrus Tech, the signed agreement controls for its subject matter.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYRUS TECH AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
